Malcolm Anderson of Chrome - Born2Ride Motorcycles - Tigoma, took my Victory Hardball on consignment. He subsequently "sold" it to a staff member and after repeated calls and legal action, paid me a portion of the price. We took full legal action against both Malcolm Anderson & Chrome Motorcycles and have been awarded judgement in the matter by the court. Even with judgement he will not honour payment. He is now listed with ITC, but BEWARE of this man!
