****** and bullies

It’s a pitty I can’t give a negative review to these skelemz and bullies of people. Bought a laptop charger on the 10th of June 2021 and was tested in shop it worked however when we used it at home on the 13th of June 2021 it was not working, we sent it back immediately. My partner was told he cannot be refunded but an exchange can be done, however he should come the next day. We were unable to come Monday the next day so we came Tuesday (mind you we were suppose to travel on Monday but couldn’t bcoz of the charger so we delayed our travelling arrangements by a day). At first when my partner showed them the laptop they thought he was going to buy so the one was looking for the charger as soon as the other one recognised him the one told the other to not look it’s us. He then continued to lie and say that they didn’t receive the stock for the charger and that he cannot give us a refund or an exchange as the supplier was closed on a Monday. I told him we can’t delay any further as we were suppose to have travelled already but couldn’t because of the charger and can’t delay any further. He continued to get aggressive with my partner and accused us of Burning the charger. What person in their right mind would go and buy a charger only to burn it??? Long story short we left without our money or charger but only threats and mistreatment.
