Poor service and disgusting treatment

Being a student I always need things printed or photocopied and Chroma tend to have good prices. I took a variety of things to be photocopied there. The staff who work there were rude and ignored me until I nearly walked out, following which they were lethargic and disinterested. I waited 6 weeks without having heard a peep from the company. When I went in to enquire, the manager called me a **** and claimed he called me 5 times. Strangely, I never had a message and this has never been an issue in the past. <br> I am still waiting for a correct quote from this company. It has been 3 months and they have not been able to break down what each item costs with the bulk discount. Once I eventually get my items I will never return. They have treated me abominably. New management and an attitude check is sorely needed.
