Repost2 - No Response from Chroma Interiors

Repost2. I made contact with Chroma Interiors via their website [URL Removed] on Monday, 24 August for a splash back quotation. Received an email quotation, and we agreed a site visit the following evening. During the visit we agreed that 2 samples would be delivered, at that point Michael agreed to deliver the samples either the Thursday/Friday. I paid my deposit and waited for the samples. Thursday came, and I followed up, Michael told me that he will still deliver in the week. I though great, then Friday came, and still no samples. By this time my calls are not being answered anymore. Saturday came, and I managed to get hold of him, he promised to deliver during the day. Yip, Saturday came and went, and still no samples or a telephone call to apologise. By now I had enough, called this morning, and instead of an apology, I get told \I do not need clients like you"";the client..\""I am not your *****\"". How utterly disgusting! Well Mr. Mullineux"
