Extremely disappointing quality and customer service

I purchased a wig from ChristyG Hair for R3,000 after being told it was Vietnamese hair and expecting a certain standard of quality based on the representations made to me.

Unfortunately, when I received the wig, I was extremely disappointed. The quality was not what I expected, with noticeable flyaways, discolouration, poor finishing and an overall appearance that did not match what I believed I was paying for.

I contacted the company and raised my concerns directly, giving them an opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that my complaint was being taken seriously.
