I ordered a wig on the 18th of April 2025. Which was only delivered on the 2nd of May 2025. After waiting for that long, it turned out the hair delivered was not what I ordered. It is the 9th of May and I have been reaching out to her from the 2nd and she has not rep****. Her return policy is 5 days and more than 5 has now passed and she hasn’t said anything. Both on WhatsApp and emails.
