The Worst Customer Service Ever

I used Christo's Removals for moving furniture on the 27th of March 2015. The movers were on time and loaded all the specified furniture. They safe guarded all my mirrors and glass tops which could not be wrapped or boxed. When we arrived at my new residence, I discovered that 4 of my ceramic pillars were broken and the driver (Maxwell) had a don't care attitude regarding my concern. He told me that my query was referred to Martie and she will get back to me on Monday the 30th of March 2015. On the day of the move the truck got stuck and it was raining! The truck is very old and it looked like it could not handle the load. Martie did not bother contacting me, I had to contact the company on the 1st of April 2015 and to date Martie keeps telling me that she has to speak to the driver or the packer. Everyday there is an excuse. Now she is referring me to their terms and conditions and not taking any responsibility for the careless attitude of her movers. I WANT FEEDBACK AND COMPENSATION TODAY!!!! The items are to the value of R1500.00. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONLY ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.
