Bad service !!!!

<p> I also used them on the 7th May 2016 and was disappointed! Also a very old truck and people was not in the mood to work. They did not care about my stuff at all. Firstly the driver of the truck damaged the gate. The one worker was standing in front of him showing him to move right or left, he only concentrated on the one side and not the gate side. They did not close the sensor and the gate closed and he just kept on driving. When I asked them about it the driver said he did not hit the gate. The owner of the property had to fix the gate and only charged R500.00. I immediately phoned Martie at the office she was not in the office and said I should e-mail the pictures to her of the gate.</p> <p>When we arrived at the new house, I noticed that my lock was damaged and my wooden cabinet. Luckily I took all my valuable items with; I took it out of the cabinet. They when through the cabinet some boxes was shredded and opened. My one couch was damaged and shredded. My washing machine has a bump in the front. The tape on my boxes was also removed. When I asked the people they said it’s not them!! I took pictures of all the stuff and e-mailed it to Martie. I phoned Martie and she said they will discuss this with the owner and the driver. The people said they didn’t do this. Well, well I wonder who did. </p> <p>I am taking this further and will not let them get away with it!</p>
