Poor business conduct

With a year gone,on the 5th of Feb Christos pretended to call me back. He called for 2 seconds and immediately dropped the phone. I called him back and he didn't answer my call. So its really clear that he doesn't want me to exchange the shoes I bought. To anyone who wants purchase shoes here, avoid doing so because Christos Clothing is business that cares less about its customers.
