Builder Runs off with my Money

<p>Exceptional Bad. Contracted to do home improvements, begs and cries for a deposit to do the work then fails to perform what was promised. Now he says he has no money. What did he send my money on then? Is this the type of reputation that the building industry can afford to have? Would you as an ethical builder want to be assocaited with this type of builder?</p>
