NO REFUND

On 3 Nov 2019 I bought tickets for the Christmas Galaxy Tour at Emerald Casino for 29 Nov. The event was canceled without notification... only mention was on the fb page. I requested a refund and are still waiting. I have sent an email on 17 Dec and still no reply. I am not the only one waiting for refund. Did this person / company **** us? Or just dissapear with our money???
