On 13 October 2017, I ordered 5 x Christmas Eve Boxes from the Christmas Factory. I spent just short of R2000 on these boxes. They were supposed to be my gifts to my family. Despite several promises to deliver, the boxes were not delivered. My emails go unanswered and all attempts to call them go straight to a voice mail service that doesn't allow you to leave a message. Their website is closed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS!
