No Delivery and Feed-back

I ordered a a few items from Christmas Factory which was supposed to be delivered by latest 19 December 2017. The items were not delivered. They do not answer the phones or respond to emails. They have blocked the comments on their Facebook page. As of 20 December 2017, there are over 100 comments on the Facebook page which has been blocked. There has been no communication whatsoever regarding all orders. I have reported them to their payment portals and are under investigation.

I would not recommend anyone use their service to avoid disappointment.
