No Delivery

I ordered products end of October and specifically asked for delivery by end of November, which was ignored. I was then sent an email end of November advising that my order is being put together and will be sent out between 8 & 12 December 2017. Well, we are sitting on the 21st of December and no sign of my order and I can't get hold of anybody and nobody is responding to my emails. This is rather a disappointment and will definitely make it known to the public that this company cannot be trusted.
