Never recieved product and never got refund

I ordered 3 boxes from http://christmasfactory.co.za after seeing their advert on facebook. It cost me a fortune but they were gifts. Order was placed on 7 november. After multiple communications they agreed to have the boxes deliveed to the recipients first week of december. Its now the 29th of december and no product. They turn off their phone and dont respond to emails. They also blocked me from their facebook page so i couldnt communicate with them. I finally got through via cellphone and they said they would refund. Still havent recieved anything, no product, no refund. Over R1000 was ****** from me by this company. Avoid at all costs!!!
