Disappointment ...

Ordered and Paid for Gifts via website and paid via Paypal. On 17th October. Delivery due mid December. Some email correspondence. Leaving for holidays on 17th Dec and requested delivery before then. Agreed to do so. Nothing arrived, no tracking number and now phone and emails are not being answered. Comments on FB are also being deleted. Seems like a ****. So disappointing..
