Christmas Factory / Always Present (Pty) Ltd does not deliver!

Have been promised delivery of my order on numerous occasions, it has never happened! They also do not respond to telephone calls and emails! Very unprofessional service, do not make use of this business. As these were christmas gifts it is now to late
