Nothing balances

So, a year ago I decided to buy a house with Remax and I was told they'd use the above mentioned law firm as they're conveyensor. So the house was 1.1 million Rands and I paid out 985k, I struggled with the remaining balance of 250k for almost 6 months so I decided with the seller and attorneys to find new buyers of the house. The house was sold and as per agggrement I had to receive the money paid with of course a few deductions, so the agreed amount was around 700k but was given 567k and told the remaining had to fix the door and occupational rent, bear in mind, I was paying the rent and it was deducted before but now done again. Also, who fixes a door for +100k? The money I paid was in a trust so it had interest, even that interest I never received. So, I was ****** by the above mentioned law firm, no paper trail as to what really happened and receipts, nothing.
