No Delivery

I'm a rep for Avon and Justine and Christieco express is the courier handling the delivery of my parcels. The first time they delivered my parcels at the police station, without the driver calling me, no missed call, nothing! And my number and my sales leader's number is on the box. Second time they delivered my parcels at a homeless guy next to the delivery address, after working hours. That's sure not acceptable because I'm paying for that parcels and the delivery service just don't worry about them! And now I'm waiting for the driver to call me because the woman (Monica) at Christieco said he's on his way, it's exactly 18:00 hours. The delivery address has closed at 17:30 because they were waiting for my parcels, and it's a Friday afternoon! It really can't go on like this, I don't know what to do anymore! PLEASE AVON JUSTINE, GET SOMEONE ELSE!!
