No Delivery

I order Avon products from my colleague. She ordered her products from Avon and it was dispatched on 26 June 2015. Up to date she has not received these products. After she phoned the Avon Head Office we were informed that we should contact to the Christieco Express Couriers in Potchefstroom. She spoke to them and was told that it would be delivered on Monday afternoon, 6 July 2015. Tuesday morning, 7 July 2015, it was still not delivered. She phoned them numerous times during the day and they said they will let her know. The second last time they told her that the driver went to her house and there was no one at her house. This however was untrue, because her adult son was at her house the whole day and the driver didn't even phone her to ask her whereabouts. Then she was told that she would receive her delivery before closing of business hours 16:30. At 16:00 nothing was still received and she phoned them again and they said they cannot get hold of the driver and it will be delivered to her house that evening. She went to their offices and was told her package is with the driver. Wednesday morning she still hasn't received it. She phoned again and was told they will let her know
