Bad service on wedding day

On 16 December 2017, it was my mom's wedding day at Christiana All Seasons Resort. The employees of the place have bad attitudes, are not will to help their paying clients and are not good with customer service at all. To too it all off, there was no electricity and my mom's wedding was an evening wedding. For an entire hotel, they had no generator. The guests that slept over there couldn't take a bath the next morning because there was no water and yes, you guessed correctly... they had no back-up to assist with water yet we paid them a fill amount for everything and booked the entire place for the wedding!!! Never ever consider that place! They couldn't even apologise or compensate us for the inconvenience! VERY BAD PLACE!!!
