In this instance he advertises a "Factory for sale" The factory comprises of a "diamond mesh fence manufacturing machine" that he sells for between R69.000 and R80.000 (It varies each week). He promises great returns and makes it seem like a very lucrative business.</p> <p>He requires a large deposit to be paid. In this case it was R60.000. He then promises to deliver the machine but the machine never arrives.
