Worst Conveyancing Service Ever

Christel Moodley Attorneys has been appointed as the transferring attorney by the seller for the property I am buying. It is nearly 24 weeks since mid May when the process begun when she readily took my deposit and fees at the outset and now is not providing any updates and or giving me any feedback. I was asked to come into her office once in July to sign documents when she informed me the transfer would be complete at the beginning of August, it is now November with no end in sight. She's also managed to delay the process to the point where we had to retrieve another rates clearance, but only after our estate agent had to physically visit her offices and make her action the matter. She is now not returning any of my phonecalls or emails for about a month now. The seller and I are so fed up that we would like to move the transfer to another attorney asking her to return all the monies we have paid and handing over our transfer file, but she has not responded. I'm actually pretty scared that she has taken our money at this point.
