I would give NO stars if this app allowed it. I hired Christel Moodley And Associates to complete the transfer from a deceased estate (My Grandfather). i paid her her deposit as well as the balance for the entire sum which she was charging. 5 years later, the property is still not transfered. apart from her previous delaying tactics, now her offices are closed up and i cant even get the file to get someone else complete this matter. her last known office address was in Doone house, Smith Street, Durban (as of december 2018). im still trying to find a way to complete the transfer....
