They are just *****s

Bought a laptop bag meant to be delivered in 3-5 days. That's some weeks back. After the first week went past, I called and emailed but no response. After threatening to go legal then I received an email simply stating that I would get the product 3-5 weeks later. I was frustrated, so I requested a refund. I got blocked off their Facebook page. No one is responding yet again. The phone number does not go through. We seriously need to get the *****s shut down.
