Balito Holidays/Skiatho's does not adhere to booking policy

This person was only too happy to take our money to secure our booking, then when Covid 19 struck, she changed her booking policy. Under her new booking policy, cancellations and refunds on booking fees are standard, however, she refuses to adhere to our request for a cancellation and insists on us moving the date or waiting for someone else to take our booking - in a week's time!
