I found out on my account that I had two direct debits, one for February and one for March and the reference just said Digicash and some random numbers and letters. It was for R99 with R3.20 bank charges for each direct debit. When I contacted my bank they gave me the contact number for Digicash. When you call the number the automated message says something along the lines of \if you have money out your account from Digicash press 1..."";and asked me if a rep had called me and I said no I had never heard of them before this! Eventually he agreed to refund me the money and investigate this. How can they do a direct debit without my consent or knowledge or without my details!!"""
