Road Bike purchase

<p>In Jan 2015 i purchased a road bike fromChris Willense Cycles. They arranged for a set up to be done. And at no stage advised it was at an additional cost over and above my bicycle. The sales assistant never directed my attention to any signs in the shopped that indicated the set up was at an additional cost either. My invoice didn't even reflect a seperate cost, or indicate that a seperate invoice would be issued for this cost.<br />A year later I received an email from a company called Bio Sport asking for a payment to be made, I had no idea who or what they were. I rep**** saying I didn't know who they were. A while past, and I recieved a reply saying it was for the set up for the bicycle I had purchase at CWC. I rep**** saying that at no stage had I been advised of this cost. And in addition, I had to take my bicycle for a second set up at John o Conner. As the first set up was completely incorrect and was causing me health issues to my hands. They had put a stem the was too long, and therefore my handle bars to far away. My hands and started to go numb and I lost feeling in both hands. <br />John O Conner corrected this. The only reply I received was Bio Sport requesting the sales attendant at CWC to advise further. I never heard anything again until 1 month ago. When a firm called Nicol, Davies and Associates contacted me saying that I would be blacklisted if I did not pay the outstanding amount. I informed them of what happened, as well as the correspondence, their reply was hat there is a sign in the shop advising of this extra cost. They are now threatening to blacklist me for a R1000 odd rand, that I refuse to pay based on the fact that I was never told nor was it on my receipt and, That it was an extremely poor service!!! Never mind that it has been over 1yr and a half since I bought the bicycle! </p>
