Online shop failure ( Buying cheap is expensive.)

I bought two continental X-king tyres from them online. The one was faulty and I had to return it. I had to pay the R180 to courier it to them. They are unwilling to give a repacement. (It was on sale and they are out of stock and unwilling to order a repacement.) Thus I have to pay extra for another brand tyre that does not even match. So I have to pay R180 for courier costs and I have to pay extra for another tyre.

If this was my shop I would have replaced both tyres or bought from another supplier. A good example of short term gain and long term wondering why you have so little business. Everything took very long. I would not recommend to buy form them online. Maybe they are better as a brick and mortar shop but I would not buy from them online.
