customer experience is pathetic

customer service at CWC is pathetic. A mission to call them, nobody answers phones or responds . Yes you might pay slightly cheaper for a bike or accessories at CWC, but any issues you have thereafter, it will be a nightmare to sought out.

I guess they look after certain type of individuals hence some of the 5 rating here.
