Chris Willemse poor sales service

I was in the market for new Dura Ace 9000 hoods for my road bicycles. I called a couple of Bike stores and only Chris Willemse had one set in stock. I spoke to Steven and asked him to keep it aside and I will collect the following day as I am in the Southern Suburbs and they are in the North. When I arrived there, Steven was not in. I dealt with some other gentleman, he checked on the system and went to the back to fetch the hoods. When he gave it to me i noticed that the packaging have been opened before and just stapled back together again. It was very unprofessional of Steven to not inform me about the packaging that was opened and I took the hoods as I drove all the way. Went I got home I started fitting got the first one on and noticed that the top was a very loose fit, the second one was even worse! Unfortunately for me the second one tore. I feel that I was sold an item that was previously returned due to the loose fitting defect. The label on the packaging has got brown from laying in a store. I logged a complaint on their website, no answer. I logged a second complaint, again no answer. I then called the store, informed the gentleman on the other side who seemed very compassionate and informed me that he will inform Chris Junior as he deals with such matters. I am still waiting! If this is the type of service you deliver, I will take my money elsewhere as I refused to be ********** by your store!
