Bad customer experience and poor products

Purchased two Continental Gatorskin Tyres in December 2018. Tyres only used in January 2019. Before one ride I noticed a bubble on the tyre and complained online. I was advised there is no warranty without any reason. I asked for a reason and was sent a picture of some notes from Continental which was Not made available during the sale of the tyre. The quality of the tyre for the price is very poor and I find it unfair on cwcycles to make a decision without even assessing the tyre. This tells me that cwcycles is fully aware of the poor quality of Tyres they sell, and don't inform customers appropriately when purchasing. Thanks for the **************** and showing me your lack of customer support and willingness to assist. Definately won't be supporting this Business in future and will spread the word.
