**** company! Do not even go close to those doors or even think of picking up your phone for their services! Bad news! Bad news! Bad news!

I took my VW Beetle for gearbox repairs with Chris Swale Motors in Pinetown first week of January 2019. After the car had been with them for a week, a quotation of R14509.48 was sent to me. I was required to pay the entire balance before the car was handed back to me regardless of how many times I had tried to negotiate a payment plan with them. The morning after I had picked up my car from them, the same problem started all over again. I then gave them a call to fix the issue, and It had come to my realization that they had taken my car to some other company (All Cars gearbox Specialists) to get it fixed and I was promised my car back within the period of the day. Which eventually took almost 2 weeks and an additional R2500 had to be paid. Again 4 hours after fetching the car from them the same problem occurred! I also later learned that the company that had fixed the car only charged R9000 for the repair though I was quoted almost double by this sick entity!

I made numerous calls requesting that the money that had been paid to them be reversed to my account since I had taken it elsewhere for repairs, sent emails and had no reply whatsoever. The Secretary Patricia Pillay made calls to me everyday even twice a day some days before I made the payment. Now it’s a cat and mouse game, me running after them, my emails are still not rep**** to. Such a business is not at a compatible level, dismally fail to deliver or do a remarkable job and have the worst communication with their customers.

Legal Measures have been taken against them. Fair warning do not fix your car with Chris Swale Motors. They are ********!!!
