## Disappointing Experience with Chris Swale Motors

I'm writing this review on behalf of a friend who had a horrific experience with Chris Swale Motors. About a month ago, he took his Toyota Fortuner to their workshop for repairs. Unfortunately, he had to leave the vehicle in their care.

To our shock, Chris Swale Motors parked the vehicle on the road, rather than in their secure yard. As a result, the Fortuner was hijacked! When the insurance company investigated the incident, Chris Swale Motors made a staggering claim - they denied parking the vehicle on the road, instead stating it was "outside their premises" (whatever that means).

This blatant dishonesty and lack of accountability is appalling. As a customer, you expect a certain level of trust and responsibility when leaving your valuable assets in someone's care. Chris Swale Motors failed miserably.

I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle to Chris Swale Motors. Their negligence and dishonesty can result in serious consequences, as my friend unfortunately experienced.
