Terrible experience at Chris Micha Landmann's guesthouse in Pretoria

I recently had the misfortune of spending 4 nights in the guesthouse that is owned by Mr Micha Landmann. May I say that it was one of the worst experiences ever. Apart from being the only guest, my laundry was not done because the guesthouse does not own an iron. The promised chef was not there yet. It became clear to me that the guesthouse was not operative yet. Also, Mr Landmann could not recall the booking I had made for a colleague, even though there was ample written communication about it. He has not acknowledged ANY of my written requests for a refund on the remainder of the month that I did not spend there. Clearly he has no intention of apologising or repaying me, despite a written apology from his manager.
