refund

We paid for sewerage removal on April 2022 for services in Mangweni village Koppies. This service was never delivered due to a strike which led us to acquire the services of a private company at an additional cost. I have been chasing a refund since last year to no avail. I was speaking to Tembakazi Tele and she has been of no assistance, instead she told me that I would receive y refund of R1322 when the new budget is released in April, this makes no sense as my payment has nothing to do with the new budget. I require this budget as soon as possible failing which I will have to escalate this matter to a higher authority as I deem this as an action of *****
