Horrible customer service

My mother and I was so Disrespected by a lady called Goitsimang, she decided to cut the line because she had " a situation" she said. She was so Rude telling the people in the line that she have a situation what must she do. I mean where is the decensey to ask or refer customers to others lines as they where waiting for a long time. Her manager Nthabiseng tried to even calm her down or talk with her but no Goitsimang was so rude and had a nerve to tell my mother that even though she gets fired she will never starve. It's not the first time we experience such behavior from the very se person. She doesnt even care when her manager tried to talk with her.
