Game Chris Hani crossing

I've just been to Chris Hani crossing to purchase a few a few items, after having paid, I then asked the cashier if I could withdraw money, however I was instructed that I would have to make another purchase failure to do so they won't be on a position to assist me, I feel like I'm not a valued client given the fact that I had just paid for my items and I'm now being instructed to make another purchase just to get service from them.
