Fair Price Bad Customer Service

So I bought a headboard by fair Price just on Monday. Yesterday they called me to come and collect my money because it wetted by rain. I sent my sister with a slip to go get a refund. So they didn't give and they called me to say I should be the one coming to take the money okay I asked if they have money in cash then they agreed I bolted with my R210 to come to the store so when I'm by their store they saying they do not have money in cash I should come back tomorrow.. so now I should use my own money to bolt back and come again tomorrow.. is it fair? I just want to know.. what a poor customer service
