Chirs Hank crossing Clicks a dissapointment she it comes customer service

I write this review to express the disapointing service at Clicks, during these trying times we as consumers stand outside follwing the lockdown regulations, customers are forced to wait outside in the cold for long periods, we wait over an hour outside queing, ( while other queues to other stores are constantly moving). Then when we are finally called inside, the service is extremly slow. Some customers are even preganant in these long non moving queues to clicks. Can Clicks look into why is it such a mission to keep the lines moving inside the store, while people are freezing queing outside.
