Assault

In the early hours of 2015/06/14. I went to Chris Hani Crossing to draw some money and buy something to eat. On arrival I drew money from an FNB ATM, thereafter I urinated behind a car I was traveling in. All of a sudden Angry guards confronted me, I admited I was wrong and I was willing to pay the fine. They didn't want to hear me out. They then man handled me forcing me into a store room. I lost my wallet with money, bank cards and drives licence. While I was in the store room I asked them why I was treated like that? They told I can't tell them what to do, anyway Chriss Hani Crossing is not a black people's place but white men's place so I should do as they say. As a result I tried forced my way out eventually I was over powered and I fall down. They kicked me as I was lying on the floor and my collar bone was broken as a result. Letter police were called for me and I was arrested for five hours with a broken collarbone. I went back to the Mall to lodge a complain with the center management. They promised that they were going to deal with my matter with two days but they never kept that promise till today. I feel that both the centre management and the security company.
