It's by the grace of the all mighty women who are fresh from a c section survive the poor disgusting treatment from the so called professional nurses and Bara ....at one point in ward40. KMC we were made to empty the bin with pads and nappies because we as the paitent fill those bins....nurses in ward 66. Martenity come to work to sleep during night shift no care for women who came from a cesection and who are with a crying infant they have a catheter and a drip on the arm and a serious wound and they are expected to get up and walk to get cold milk for the baby...what kind health care system are you running,?
