My grandmother spent the whole day crying because of someone who was meant to care for her, who hurled insults on her and told her that she's smelling, at this time no visitors are allowed, she was referred to the hospital from our local clinic, the sister who was on duty on the 17th Aug at night belittled her and ensured that she informs the other sisters who were on duty on the 18th morning to continue from where she left off, they were giving her a runaround and refused to sign her discharge form so that she can go home, as it is she's still traumatized from the whole ordeal.
