Ward 15 : the matron the nurses are the worst , lazy with an attitude and ***********

My mother has been admitted to this graveyard of a hospital on the 22 of November 2020 and it has since been 4days that the nurses have not given her any pain medication for her abdominal pain . her drip was only changed after I come to visit her on a Monday . My sixteen year old sister had to course a seen yesterday for my mother to been given pain meds . Ward number 15 has the most unprofessional nurses including the Matron . She gave my mother the meds as though she was doing her a favour . I called several times to check up on her but I'm always told she is fine but when I ask to what the doctor has been doing or recommended I am never given a proper response , no one of the nurse ever know what the doctor has written in the patients fill and lastly every time I go visit the ward I'm forever greeted to with attitude from the nurses and they are forever talking ang gossiping
