Unfair and inhuman treatment

My father had a minor vehicle accident yesterday and I took him to Baragwanath Hospital. We arrived at 18:30 and told to go to the nearest clinic as my dad could walk. The clinic refered him back to Bara for x-rays, we took the usual long hours of waiting to get the xrays done after 10pm. We then waited for a doctor to assess these x-rays. while waiting with my mother in the waiting area where most of the other people who arrived before and with us were now sleeping on the benches. There was a loud voice in casualty only to find that it was my frustrated father on the floor, complaining to the staff that he is weak from waiting so long, he is a diabetic and was close to having an episode. He said that the admin staff have been chatting instead of assisting the patients and the disorganization that was there was embarrassing. Most patients were sleeping in beds, others sitting in chairs with their drip bags on their laps and most with empty drips and blood flowing in them... everyone was waiting and not attended, while some patients were looking at patient files. A young doctor looked very lost and felt to do something for the sake of looking proactive, he wanted to check my fathers heart after we helped him off the ground ourselves. some nurses gave attitude till the head nurse for night shift as it was 11:30pm came in and tried to control the situation by offering a xray be taken of my fathers elbow.. How long was this going to take, i would rather take my father to a private doctor for any further issues that to sleep there on their benches and beds. The toilet was horrific and unhygenic. A girl was tied to a stretcher from before we arrived and was still there near the casualty entrance when we left. Could she not be taken to the mental ward if she is unstable, was she not getting cold is she safe from Covid-19??? is this what is done with our tax money? My father has been working for 50 years and is this worth all hes tax payments? we left without completing everything , I hope they consult MCDonals to teach them how to handle orders and the time it takes for each patients process at casualty so that they leave the hospital the same day they come in for minor injuries. there is no risk assessments and operation management being practiced at the hospital for sure.
