Two weeks wait for Operation of a Broken leg and Hip

I have a boyfriend of mine who was admitted early on hours on the 29th November 2021, he sustained a broken leg and a hip. Till this day hasn't been operated the Dr keep postphone day of operating him. He using one side to sleep daily and that's the kind of service we should carry with pride for our Goverment Hospital. Don't want to touch on the Custormer it's been pathetice onlu Gugulethu who provided expetional service.

Please assist Peter to escalate this matter to Management. His name is Bekithemba Mpofu his currently been admitted to H3 Ward. Not sure the Dr name but his is tremedous pain,
