Terrible service from Bara

Not impressed with this hospital at all. On 1st of May my dad was admitted for an emergency operation, they operated the next day... Once tests were done they diagnosed him with Cancer and said they would review the case on the 25th of May and we should come back on the 5th of June to discuss chemo. We went back the 5th to find no doctors and we were told to come back the 6th which we did only to be told their "system crashed" and they couldn't help us (after sitting and waiting for 5 hours!!!). To date we have had no follow up date and no help whatsoever.
