Rude Receptionist

I went to fetch my cousin her new born baby, i had forgotten which ward she was in, i askes the receptionist to check for me and told me with great attitude that i should go buy airtime and call them my self.i then told her that I dont have enough money to buy airtime as the money i had was enough for transport, so i asked her to please call the wards and ask. She told me that she will only call one ward if she cant find my cousin she wont make other calls(in a very rude manner). I then sent my other cousin a message to call the ward for me and when i asked for the number from the receptionist she called them out quickly, I've never been treated like an like that in my whole life
