****** AT HEALTH CARE FACILITY

I am utterly upset with this hospital. Firstly they could not escort and elderly lady who needs oxygen to the loo. Secondly your rules are never constant. I have been there since Friday and I watch as a selected group of of 6 family members get to see their loved ones but people of other races are shouted and denied that privilege. I was simply escorting a 77 year old lady to see her aunt and got scolded at for doing so. And the rules magically changed with the same OM who seem to not have a problem with her race coming in numbers. She also failed to listen listen to me. She is a problem. You guys pretend to work instead you sit your behinds earning a salary not giving any sense of empathy for the patience and families that come to visit unless they are black. its utterly a disturbingly appalling for a health facility. Your attitudes are disgrace. Even head office complaints accused me of being ****** for using the term YOU GUYS when I was referring to the health care practitioners and not a racial group.
