Poor service

My husband felt sick and when to the hospital and now they said he tested positive but he feel better and there is so much people in one ward and the coughing ect and it will make my husband get more sick at Bara , I dont know why they cant self isolate at home . I want an explanation, and I want my husband at home to recovery this is bull****..
